Challenge
The challenge was to translate USB’s core values — integration, equality, diversity, and connection — into one clear symbol while creating a flexible identity system that could support a wide range of initiatives, from workshops and networking events to cultural programs and mentorship activities.

The logo symbolizes a bridge between cultures through a symmetrical form that reflects equality and a contour shape representing the integration journey. A vibrant multicolor palette expresses diversity and inclusion, while an expandable shape system allows the identity to adapt across different programs, events, and communication formats. The result is a visual language that feels optimistic, human-centered, and community-driven.
